Our Whole Home Maintenance process starts with a whole home assessment. We meet with you and walk through your home and address any home maintenance concerns. We visually inspect the attic, crawl space/basement, and exterior of the home. We review any inspection reports or other information you may have on the home. Then we provide you with a report of current and ongoing needs. We offer to complete any urgent needs, and then create a custom maintenance plan for any ongoing and future needs.
Maintenance-Free Living
Whether you're looking to save time, avoid worry, or just eliminate the hassle of home maintenance we offer maintenance-free living plans. We meet with you to assess your home and its needs and create a maintenance plan that’s right for you. Then for a simple monthly charge our home maintenance managers schedule, coordinate, and manage all your home maintenance needs.
